Hi All Im back ,Ime still in the self harm unit been here two months now and Im feeling abit better in myself I have not harmed for nearly 2 months now and I am so proud of myself even though its been tough,I find the group therapy hard but Its worth It ,Im glad to be back in touch with you all Will be back in touch soon Take care all Soz so short too Got to go to a meeting .
