What advice do you want? If you don't want to stop taking it, you don't want to stop taking it. How can someone else "make you" want that? You stopped before and I imagine if you think of the long haul, how it might hurt you (and thus your child/ren and others you love either directly or indirectly) and health problems you're no doubt buying, money being "wasted," etc. it may (or may not) get you to decide to stop again. If you have trouble stopping you might need professional help. There are no shortcuts or free lunches with weight loss or any health problems. Losing weight for looks is hardly a very worthwhile life goal? The ends don't justify the means either.
