Although I am bipolar, I also have a rather subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) form of Tourette's. I found that when I was on zyprexa (olanzapine) that the ticks almost totally disapeared, even at a low dose. I am now off zyprexa and have noticed an increase in my ticks, so it must have worked, although I was really only on the drug for mania.
