Oh hon, you're sure having a rough go!! But you're doing fantastic. Don't kick yourself too much for eating. You're not smoking, and that is the goal! You won't eat like this forever.

Yesterday I had 13 cigarettes. One more then the last two days. I was home all day, which makes it a little harder. Today I've had 3....I've set the timer for 2 hours today. Up from an hour and 10 minutes. I'm feeling energetic today, did my Pilates workout and then it was really nice and cool outside from a morning storm so I walked around my apartment complex 3 times. Just from cutting out over half my cigarettes, I'm noticing a change in my breathing, and I don't get winded so fast. My quitting goal is to be smoke-free by the end of the year, but sooner would be great also! I have pool league tonight....that's gonna be interesting, being in a smoke filled pool hall....wish me luck!
