Hi everyone,
I have difficulty getting up in the mornings, and I sleep about 10-12 hours a day. I don't know how to make myself sleep less, and I've read online that sleeping too much can cause problems such as diabetes, weight gain etc. I don't want to add that to my health problems.
Do you have any suggestions how I could kickstart the day and be less tired? I hope it's not a problem, I've already asked this on another PC forum but there was no response. And also, does anyone have similar problems?
