Husband's snoring, mine sounds like he is dieing, refused to let the doc help him, so we haven't slept together for 6 years, his weight gain makes it worse
I get bouts with sleep too, but most likely due to stress and being Bipolar, besides a mood stabilizer the pdoc has now added ativan and klonopin when needed, it helps when I feel ahead it is going to be one of those damn nights, I mean my husband's snoring can reach our first floor sometimes. . . I refuse to wear earplugs, I want to hear if something is happening in the house or something of an emergency, my dog even prefers to jump off the bed and sleep with me on our couch, her and I have been doing that for about 5 years now, ha!ha!
Ah, no sense of complaining to you, you know what this hell can be, eh?
Do you see a T for your racing thoughts? Have they been ruled out of being the racing thoughts Bipolars get? When that happens it is a real *****, I even use to sit and question to myself "I wonder how long it takes a word to travel to the ear, and then my mind would go on about anything, never would stop, until mood stabilizers were introduced to me by a pdoc.
I am wishing you a good nite's sleep, I seldom have them but when I do I feel like a million bucks
