the jelly baby represents if a member (on your own posts that's you) is online or offline. Red is offline, green is online and there is also a grey jelly baby that appears on your own posts if your status is set to "invisible".
the triangle with the ! in it is the report button. you can use that to ask staff to delete or edit your own posts or threads and to report another members post if it falls outside the PC rules
