Yeah, tell me about it! Honestly, binging & purging is so exhausting. It's way easier for me to starve, but that's where the cycle starts! I have found that eating 5 small meals throughout the day works pretty well. This way I don't have to eat so many calories, and I can focus 1 meal at a time.
