Im sorry but the same goes for if you are being emotionally abused by your other alters, your host or yourself.

we dont protect each other
we dont medicate each other
we dont perform therapy on each other

for those kinds of things you need to contact a doctor or therapist in your off line town or nearest town.

here on psych central all we

talk/post to each other about what we go through in our own lives
we tell each other whether we have the same problems as each other.
we tell each other what our own doctors and therapists are doing to help us with our own problems.

but everyone here takes care of their self, protect their self, we dont protect and take care of each other.

those that need others to take care and protect them have to contact their own doctors and own therapists to get that kind of help.

Im sorry I cant give you what you are looking for but its not allowed here on psych central. online groups like this are not supposed to be for things like protecting and taking care of each other.

there is a gray box at the bottom of the page that has numbers you can call if you are not feeling safe emotionally or physically. another option is call your police department and tell them you are feeling your host is being emotionally or physically unsafe to you.
