For the last few month people have been worried about my weight so much, when I get up in the morning I grab a green tea and water and go on the internet for hours trying to find ways to lose weight, then I workout for hours trying to burn fat. I have only been eating once a day and it is less than 500 calories, I won't go over that and I drink water to keep me full.
When I am around other people I make excuses for why I am not eating. I have lost my appetite and have lost 25 pounds in a month. I just don't know what to do.
