Hi Cropp89,
This is not good. There are healthier ways of losing weight that won't make you lose muscles too and make your vital organs sick.
If you've already lost 25 pounds-then how much more weight would you like to lose? Are you/were you overweight before you started dieting?
Was there something that triggered this behavior? Did somebody make a remark?
