I made it to the 2 hour mark. It was hard but I did it.
It's ok if you mess up, we're human! This is the hardest habit to break, don't kick yourself too hard if you don't make it the first time. As long as you don't go back to smoking as much as before, I see it as a success, and your body is slowly learning how to do without. I'm not upset with you at all!!!!
