I have bipolar 2 and my ups are irritability and anger....but I can also feel great dispair which bring on anxiety. For the last four months I have been up and down from normal to depressed. But I also get psychosis (and this is where I question my diagnosis) I halucinate and have so called delusional thinking. I have just learnt that structure in life is a must!!!! I make plans or lists of the things I must or want to get done during the day. And when I have all of them ticked off it makes me feel so good! Haha

. I also journal...I write down everything! Lists and how I'm feeling to things I learn during an outpatient day program I'm currently attending. The lists of things to do are like mini goals. If u start of small then the big goals will seem very achievable
