I have bipolar disorder type 1, and right now i am in a full-blown manic episode. i can't think or focus on anything, im not sleeping, and i feel like tearing my skin off-im just extremely uncomfortable, trying to cope. my shrink hasn't been able to stabilize my meds yet, so im sort of on my own with dealing with`extreme mania. im very lonely and very angry.
