Definitely add lemon juice to the water or buy the flavor packets such as crystal light. You can get them for zero calories or very little calories (usually 10 for 16 oz. Really good.) Unfortunately a bunch of the tea flavors still have caffeine but you have so many others to choose from. Heck, if you can find them at Walmart.....the choices are endless!! Yet you'll still find them at just about any grocery store.

I find that I forgot to drink and then get dehydrated a lot. Dry mouth is an anxiety symptom for me so it's important to keep it at bay.

Also, if dry mouth is affecting you, chewing gum is a quick fix. The only problem is that it might make you forget to drink fluids without the dry mouth to remind you.
