I think that Candybear asked for a gentle reminder for OBVIOUS triggers and even gave examples. That's something the guidelines actually ask for.

It is known that during upset, etc., it might be forgotten or overlooked and usually a member of the moderation team will slip in and place one on the post.

It appears that we're all in agreement on this one that everyone do/does their best.
