finding sense of life: no, you don!t have to have a 9-5 job you hate. You don't have to be what others want you to be. Feel pushed into something? find your own way and you!ll breather freer.
herbs and all that. they are not cure, but they do help. and cup of lemon balm tea is much nicer ritual then popping a pill... it's very nurturing.
