My family was going to have a Christmas dinner today bc my uncle was not doing well from cancer. Well the dinner was cancelled bc he passed away last night. I have been cycling like ma today. I think I have relived every bad and good moment of my childhood... figured out there seem to be a lot more bad... got really depressed. Not sure what advice or response I am looking for, expecting. Just needed to get it out
