irish, sorry this is happening to u ur feeling frustrated...i can't really for sure w/out knowing the full story but it sounds as if ur not really getting to exercise ur rights and responsibilities as her guardian...u got a good lawyer? i'd get them to have a talk with ur ex and case workers about the terms of ur access etc.
