I filed for unemployment. I played up the fact that I discussed my condition and provided proof with them and they did not make adequate accommodations. I was also not given enough time or help to improve. I was also never told I was in danger of termination due to abcenses. I was was never told I could file a grievance if I didn't agree. I'm calling HR tomorrow and raising hell. They shouldn't be able to do this to people. Not everyone is lucky enough to have a "perfect" little life.
