Hi KBLUV, welcome to the forums!

I don't have any experience with Lexapro, hopefully one of the other members can help you there. I was tried on Seroquel several years back, and I remember having very vivid, intense dreams while I was on it. I was glad that it didn't work, it was making my anxiety worse.

If you're having panic attacks, or even excessively heavy anxiety attacks, you might talk to your doctor about one of the benzodiazapines like Klonopin or Xanax. But be aware that they can become addictive over time, so you need to be very careful with them. I currently take Klonopin and it's very good for anxiety.
