What do you ladies generally think sexually of TS men who transition to women but keep their male genitalia?

Sorry for the vulgarity but "chicks with dicks" or "sluts with nuts" seems to be a pretty common internet porn genre. Although these usually seem to be targeted to a male bi-curious type fantasy, I have seen much less common ones that were with a pretty MTF TS and a woman. Especially interested in hearing the opinions of bisexual women.
