I took a cpr and first aid course but outside of helping someone that afternoon I think it's easy to forget. One has to study and remember this stuff by heart. Uhh...yeah really though. Courses for a company certification should require repeat instruction to ensure the stuff sinks in and stays. A piece of paper saying you're certified means buggerall.
