I have cyclothymia, and it's horrible. Even I don't know who I am. It's the most confusing illness ever. And it really rattles my box when people say "you're not as bad as the bi polar people". Perhaps not but it's bad enough for me. I have bi polar friends and I can be more off key than they are :-/
