tks (x3!!!). Yeah, i got an awesome lawyer who goes speechless every time she hears about 'what ex has done now', but up til now i have always had gd support from the chns lawyer. Now he is backing CYFS and ex, and coz he is so influencial down here my lawyer has advised against challenging him- it won't get us anywhere. Nah, i feel i am definately better off backing out now before the hurt becomes too much. maybe one day things will go my way, just not at the mo!!!
