Actually have dated someone that was MTF but had no plans to have full reassignment surgery. As long as the penis was still there what did I care? The only thing that broke us up was I didn't want kids at all.
My husband now is very vain and wears eyeliner and nail polish. Anything to accentuate his good looks. I think it's sexy. If he ever gets into cross dressing fine by me too
