I didn't know who you were, so I went back to some of your old posts. You are a fellow migraine sufferer. (exactly why I'm up now, migraine).

You said you have a tens to help with the migraine. I don't know if this is appropriate for your situation, but has your Dr. discussed a peripheral nerve stimulator? It is a surgery, but a minor one that can be done by a neurologist. A small battery is placed under the skin, somewhere where it won't show, and leads are run up beside or behind your neck under the skin, stopping where you feel the pain. You have a hand held remote control, so you can turn it off and on and can adjust the intensity. St. Jude makes them, and the tech usually puts several programs in to choose from that are programed individually to hit where you feel the pain.

Just an idea. Its kind of like the tens, but more intense and internal.
