medicines do make a difference.. but it has a cost of side effects too...
its better to go with therapy.. its in ur hands to recover... mind is above all..
know to cheat ur mind. don't stay alone. just go out. have a cup of coffee at a cafe. hav a chat with a stranger. u'll not even know that u r depressed when u cheat ur mind.
the medicines prescribed are generally to stimulate the serotonin hormone. excess of it could give lots of trouble.
