Sounds like depression to me. Lack of motivation, low energy, etc. If you treat the depression (sunlight helps some, being outside, actually taking that shower, cardio, an effective AD, social rhythm therapy, psychotherapy helps some people), you will feel better.

Having appointments in the morning would help you not linger in bed.
