Yeah, sounds like depression to me too.
Showering = self care. Us folk with bipolar love routines, you know. The best way to take a shower is to take it every day, and do it the same way everyday and around the same time. This helps improve self-care. And, even if you dread it, showering helps you feel human again.
Going to the store sounds like anxiety to me. I don't like going either, and it is something I struggle with, but I'm the one who does the shopping. Forcing myself to do it and facing my anxiety makes it easier.
