For me, it's when my anxiety is so bad......I just want to do nothing but escape where I am.....& that's in the skin of the person who has do deal with the things that are causing the horrible anxiety......just want something to be over with......& I don't want to be the one living through it.....drives the anxiety so high, if feels like the top will blow off my head & I will just come out like a volcano.
