I am certainly buying the book by Stephen Ilardi, I looked it up on amazon and it looks quite promising. I have problems motivating myself for exercise , and about ruminating, well I won't go there

... but I am going to try to follow the programme. I think I'm more motivated every day to make it work without the meds.
I haven't tried the mindfulness approach yet, but I have read the CBT book "Feeling Good" by David Burns, and it helped me a lot. I'm not seeing a therapist, I only go to my pdoc. We mostly talk about meds, but I think she would help me with the no-meds approach if I asked her. Will try.
