My T helped me a lot when she pointed out that we can't cry forever (I use to wish I could cry myself to death :-) as the body can only do so much crying. It makes me feel better when I'm weepy to realize it will come to an end naturally and is something my body is in charge of, not "Me." I have asthma so I can relate since I know I can't always control my breathing either. You don't need a "reason" to cry, maybe your body needs it, not "you." Hope you feel a bit better soon though.
