Hi Echoes -- Oh I sure hope the new cold pack works! But don't use it ALL DAY. That can make things worse!! You've got to let it warm back up a little during the day. So take it off for a while, and let it warm up, and then put it back on. It is said that you should do it for 20 minutes every 2 hours, but I don't know if you could do that at the work place or not, but that is the IDEAL way to use the cold pack. I was "taught" this by my Neurosurgeon. So perhaps you should try to stick as close to this as you can.
