I have had precancerous polyps removed several times. The thing to remember is they have been removed and are gone, and they were not cancerous. They'll probably ask that you have repeat colonoscopies a bit more frequently than usually recommended just to keep and eye on things. Otherwise, not something to worry too much about. Just be sure you have the recommended rechecks.
