I like to give compliments but only if they are genuine. I didn't grow up with compliments - quite the opposite in fact - but I guess I've tried to provide for others what I didn't receive growing up. Not easy though when you haven't grown up with compliments though, to even realize to give them. Don't even know if that makes sense
