If I see a string hanging or just am nervous I tend to pick at my clothes. Long sleeves don't last a long time with me. My old T told me that I needed to do something else with my hands when I get the feeling to pick at anything. She recommended the stress balls filled with sand or water. I can only find water ones around here and they last about a week or less. Always fun when they explode on you.
