I ws in the hospital since sunday that was a horrible thing and I almost feel worse then when I went in. Any how while there something happened that has never happened before and has happened twice since that has me concerned. I asked the doctors if it was th meds i was on or why it could of happened and they had no answer and said the meds should not of caused it.
I will note that I am NOT a religious person I do feel there must be a medical reason but im terrified it will happen again since it happened twice today just not as overwelming.
The first time in the hospital I was in my room that I for the most part feeling safe in and hid alot because of people. I felt a overwelming sence that something was above me in the lights or I just couldnt see it felt extremely dangerous and I have never been so afraid I then felt it behind me like if I turned around it would be there face to face with me. I do not believe in ghost or anything f the sort and I was wide awake. It ended up leading to a panic attack but I have never had a panic attack like it in the past it was very odd. It felt like a very real but unseen danger.
Today it happened twice with my friend and her son I didn't mention it to either of them. She had gone in the store son and dogs stayed with me in the car. Again it was the same feeling that something was there and it was a very big danger. I JUST managed not to freak out on them and thankfully it didnt last as long.
The last time we were driving and it was more mild but still felt like a very real threat.
Why is this happening does anyone know or had anything like it before I tried to google it but all I find is ghost stories etc.
