finality!
some things are chronic some things ailments things like that bad things that cause suffering in perhaps the finality of them...when they are
terminal!
...life is precisely terminal...and living it is a chronic condition!
...so it's all ..."backed up against the wall of reality"
...and we do what we do best...questions?...desperate for answers to fight the pain..inside and outside it's always inside we hide.
pain is worse than death and so life goes on...until the chronic hurt equals the terminal reality...then we fly off gently with the angels!
