Hello! I'm Bipolar One, 47-years-old and I'm still getting use to finding my way around PC. This is a great resource and I can't wait to be able to join the chat rooms. Besides BP I am also diagnosed with GAD, BPD and PTSD. The main problem being bipolar, the generalized anxiety disorder can also be very disabling at times. My main concern at the time is my medication. It's been causing me severe headaches and all the doctors I see are at a lose as to what may be the cause. I think it's the meds, but they don't agree. I'm to a point where I'd rather self medicate with marijuana and stop taking the prescribed meds. There are other symptoms I've experienced too such as weight gain (45 lb.), itchy head, tingling in my head, dizziness, blurry vision, pimple like rash on my torso, constipation and tremors. Pot has never given me any such symptoms and it works to calm me and help me sleep. It just doesn't make sense. I'm having a hard time not taking matters into my own hands. Any ideas? Be good to you!
