I was reading an article about comfort eating and I realized, that is a huge reason why I eat and eat and eat and binge so much. I eat when I am lonely, angry, anxious, lonely, bored, even happy. I don't see how I could ever stop. I feel like I am going to be doing this for the rest of my life, and I can't deal with that.
Please tell me there are people on here who have beat this, and how did you do it?
