Breakfast is vital. You're body cannot stay in fast mode for longer than 8 hours. There is no way a person can loose weight without eating breakfast. Oatmeal...buy a large container instead of prepackaged sweetened servings. You can still microwave it. Add some pure maple syrup or honey. Greek yogurt is a great protein, again...try to get it plain and add your own fruit to sweeten it. If you really can't eat, pick up some whey protein and make a quick smoothie with some low fat milk (cow, rice, soy...whatever) and a banana. Heck, even a handful of nuts will go far. Even a pb&j sammie is better than nothing.
