I meant off weeks conversation wise. Like, weeks you can't think of what to say.
Also wiki, thanks for the breakfast suggestions. Wrote some of it down. I'm guilty of never eating breakfast.
What should I do though if my thyroid meds say take on an empty stomach 30 mins before eating, but metabolism supposedly shuts down after 30 mins of waking up? >.<
