I'm sorry to be posting again about the same thing. I spoke with my Dr. last night and she decreased my lithium and upped my Abilify. Every time I talk to her or see her, she is changing my meds. I feel like I'm on a roller coaster of medication that's not really helping. I'm so discouraged, I just want to say eff it and walk away.

I'm working on finding another doc, but that is proving to be a very difficult task because of my insurance.

I'm so sick of all the side effects from the lithium carbonate. I just recently began researching it in depth, and all these weird little things happening to me can be tied to it. I want to get off it as soon as possible, but where do I go from there. What else is there?

I put all my trust in my Dr. and believed she was doing the right thing, but once I started researching I realize she's not.

I'm so discouraged and worn down. I don't know what to do.
