Four am is one of those times where you wish you could go back to sleep, but you know you have to get up in a couple of hours, so you wind up just looking at the clock.

There is a biofeedback game, Journey to Wild Divine, that puts me back to sleep. Its a game you play on the computer. You have three sensors that go on your fingertips that measure heartrate, breathing and perspiration. In the game, you learn breathing techniques that allow you to do things like levatate balls, get into new rooms and a bunch of other things. If I wake up at three or four, I hook up the game and work on the exercises that take relaxation. Within twenty to thirty minutes, I"m out. Not even my sleep medications work that well.

I hope you get a better night's sleep tonight. It sure makes a difference during the days.
