Sorry, costello, I don't have any suggestions other than slightly increasing his Zyprexa which would put some weight on.
As an aside, for me I noticed that the more medicated I am the less I have a desire for food, or anything for that matter. Antipsychotics affect dopamine which I believe affect the reward system. Since I'm back on Geodon I have zero desire to even drink a beer, let alone any alcohol to be honest. Most things now aren't nearly as satisfying as when I was unmedicated. But being unmedicated was both exhilarating and terrifying at the same time. Food was nearly an orgasmic experience. My senses were that extreme but I was also floridly psychotic as well as manic. And now here I am medicated and life is just eh, food included.
Perhaps your son should drink Boost Plus which is a supplemental drink which is meant for people who need to gain weight. It has 360 calories in it. I think my mother used to drink that to add some weight to her. She was 5'2" and weighed about 105 lbs.
Hope that helps.
