When I'm dealing with moderate stress I eat. When I'm dealing with heavy stress I tend to go into fast mode. I find things that are easy to eat and take little prep are good to keep around. Yogurt is good. I try to keep nuts around because they have protein and calories and have omega 3s. Soup can be easy to eat. I also will try nutrition bars. Good luck. I'll also get sports drinks like powerade or gatorade as I find if I'm crying I get dehydrated and my electrolytes get off.
