Hi Milanist and Perna,
I think drinking lots of water is a good idea. It does fill me up so I eat less.
Also, I liked the idea of putting non-food items in the fridge and cupboards. I do tend to eat out of boredom and/or frustration or just because I know I'm trying to diet. I especially liked the book idea. I have a few in my bookshelf I've been meaning read.
