Absolutely decreased libido. Also inability/decreased ability to climax. I mentioned this when you you were giving Topamax consideration because you were also mentioning some of these libido/climax issues relating to some other medication and how you and your doctor were modifying your meds a bit to deal with the issue. Topamax was added by itself to my medication regimen and this was a very noticeable side effect. The side effect has decreased only slightly over time but I deal with it.

I haven't read this anywhere but I swear I also have little to no interest in shopping any more. It just doesnt hold any appeal for me. That's not a bad thing for me. (No spending sprees) I've never heard anyone else ever mention this in relation to Topamax though. Bear with me, even though this sounds random. I sort of wonder if Topamax dulls a pleasure part of the brain some how. I don't know. That may be a dumb hypothesis. I just know it was a significant change in my personality and not one I expected or would have even imagined possible.
