I walked out of the house, only to find ICE... on the windshield and as also on the driveway (found that out by sliding almost into traffic). As I continued to drive it just seems like I"m disconnected of sorts. I just don't know what really is going on at this point. Don't even know what really to say either...

I know my T is concerned, and I could call and get an appointment (but I'm not going out on those roads for a few hours). The roads are a good excuse for not wanting to actually talk about what's going on. Honestly I just don't know what really is going on, I'm in this fog and I can't get out, and it's rather thick. I just can't seem to see the ground and actually ground myself.

Excuses are my best friend, when it's something I don't want to do. Is that a problem?
